About Femi
Dr. Femi Balogun has spent more than 18 years designing and building large software systems — core-banking platforms, telecom billing engines and government e-services used by millions of people.
Over the years he hired and trained hundreds of developers and saw the same problem again and again: talented people who had studied for years but had never built real software. He founded the academy to fix that, combining a structured curriculum with a working software agency so every student graduates with real project experience.
Today he leads the academy's technical direction, designs the architecture of every client project and personally teaches Backend Fundamentals, where students learn how the internet's 'engine room' really works.
Anyone can learn to code. We teach people to build software that real businesses trust.
