About Aisha

Hajiya Aisha Bello combines two passions: software engineering and teaching. After eight years as a fullstack developer and team lead, she moved into technical education, designing training programs for universities and tech hubs across Northern and Southern Nigeria.

As Academy Director she owns the 12-month curriculum, leads and coaches the training team, and keeps a close eye on every student's progress through regular reviews and assessments. She also teaches the very first module, so she personally welcomes every new cohort.

Great teaching is patient, practical and personal. No student is left behind.
