1. About us

BetterMe Integrated Services Ltd is a software engineering academy and software agency located at No. 1 Alhaja Ibironke Street, Gaa-Odota, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. By using this website, applying to the program, or engaging our agency services, you accept these terms.

2. Admission & enrolment

• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Places are confirmed after our admissions team contacts you and your registration is completed.
• You must provide accurate information on your application. False information may lead to withdrawal of an offer.
• No prior coding experience is required; you need a working laptop and the commitment to complete the program.

3. Fees & payment

• The current tuition fee and available instalment plans are shared with you during the admission process, before you commit.
• Fees are payable by the deadlines in your admission offer. Instalments must follow the agreed schedule.
• Certificates are issued after all program requirements — including fee obligations — are met.

4. Attendance, conduct & certificates

• Students are expected to attend sessions, complete module projects and meet assessment standards.
• We award a certificate of completion to students who finish all phases and capstone requirements. It is not a university degree.
• Abuse, harassment or academic dishonesty can lead to dismissal without refund.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, slides and this website's content belong to BetterMe Integrated Services Ltd and may not be redistributed without permission. Projects you personally build remain in your portfolio and may be showcased by you (and, with credit, by us).

6. Agency services

Client projects are governed by the written quote and agreement for each engagement — scope, milestones, payment terms and delivery dates are defined there. Students work on client projects only under senior-engineer supervision.

7. Website use

You may browse and share links to this site. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit spam/malicious content through our forms.

8. Liability

Information on this site is provided in good faith and may change (curriculum, dates, fees). To the extent permitted by law, BetterMe Integrated Services Ltd is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion.
